Carter Dwyer is a Principal at Breachway Capital, an investment firm focused on high-growth B2B software, AI, and data companies. Based in New York City, Carter leads investment strategy and execution, portfolio management, and firm operations across Breachway's broad mandate.
Prior to joining Breachway Capital in 2025, Carter worked as an investment banker at Centerview Partners, specializing in M&A and strategic advisory with a focus on healthcare services and technology.
Carter graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College, where he co-founded the SSC Venture Studio, a student-led venture firm launched in partnership with SSC Venture Partners.
Joe Mirisola is a Partner and Chief Revenue Officer at Breachway Capital, an investment firm focused on high-growth B2B software, AI, and data companies. Previously, Joe was the head of sales and Chief Revenue Officer at Definitive Healthcare, a Boston-based provider of healthcare commercial intelligence, for nearly 12 years. Definitive Healthcare employs almost 1,000 people and assists its clients in commercializing within the healthcare industry through various approaches. Under Joe's leadership, Definitive Healthcare transitioned from a startup to an IPO in 2021 on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker symbol DH.
At Definitive Healthcare, Joe built a global go-to-market team of over 400 employees, achieved more than $200 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), and served thousands of clients across the global healthcare market. His experience in sales, product development, customer experience, and sales operations has provided insights and strategic development to Breachway's portfolio companies. He began investing in the data and software ecosystem in 2018 during his time at Definitive Healthcare and currently serves on several boards. His investments include HLTH, FINTRX, MDCalc, Cariina, and Recovery.com.
Joe resides in Massachusetts with his wife Jessica and two sons. Outside of work, he coaches football and helps with his son’s hockey teams. Joe attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth where he studied Management Information and Business Systems.
Jason Krantz is Founder and Managing Partner of Breachway Capital, an investment firm focused on high-growth B2B software, AI, and data companies. In addition, Jason is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Definitive Healthcare, a Boston based provider of healthcare commercial intelligence. With almost 1,000 employees, Definitive Healthcare helps its clients commercialize within the healthcare industry in unique and creative ways. Jason took the company public in 2021 on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker symbol DH.
Jason has a history of investing in and building software and information-based companies including his previous role as Founder and CEO of Infinata, Inc – a SAAS provider of intelligence to the pharmaceutical industry - which was sold to Pearson PLC (NYSE: PSO) in 2007. Jason is a Trustee with Boston College and on several other boards. Jason started his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Jason graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston College and earned an MBA at Harvard Business School.
